The Reef Octopus Light Reactor utilizes macroalgae like Chaetomorpha to naturally absorb and remove algae-producing nutrients from your aquarium water. As the macroalgae grows, it effectively reduces nutrient levels. Harvesting the macroalgae removes these nutrients from your system.

Besides being an all-natural filtration method, algae reactors also provide a safe environment for copepods and amphipods to thrive.

The Reef Octopus Light Reactor features a unique triangular waterproof LED light strip (IP67 Certified) inside the reactor, providing 360-degree coverage to maximize light exposure for optimal algae growth and nutrient consumption. The high-output LED strip's close proximity ensures efficient lighting for macroalgae growth.
